Rome City Schools is hosting a voluntary COVID-19 Vaccination Event on Monday, November 1 from 9:30am until 12:00pm in the Large Meeting Room at the College and Career Academy.
This event is open to the public for those who wish to receive their first round of the vaccine.
The booster will be available for RCS employees.

Monday, November 1 will be a Flexible Learning Day for ALL of Rome City Schools!
Flexible Learning Days are days that students will not report to school and will instead complete lessons or tasks at home or off-campus.

VOLT is a free online tutoring program staffed by RCS teachers for students from kindergarten through 8th grade!
VOLT tutoring will be available starting August 30 through April 28!

Cash Money Mike was making it rain Friday morning as our PTO celebrated our students for raising over $4,000 for our school during the chocolate fundraiser. Students also enjoyed pizza and Frios…thank you for your support!!



Our PTO surprised Mrs. Lindsey and her cafeteria team on Friday with an Olive Garden luncheon in their honor! Some of our WEE Ambassadors joined to serve! We are thankful for our cafe staff! @romecityschools

Due to wet field conditions and potential for storms this afternoon, the Fall Festival (5 pm - 7 pm) that was originally scheduled for tonight (10/21) has been postponed until Tuesday (10/26). It will be held in conjunction with the 3rd grade performance/ PTO meeting at 6 pm.

Our “Helping Hands” project is off to a great start! By saving items from the cafeteria that would have otherwise been thrown away, our students have “rescued” 266 meals for families that need them! @romecityschools
